Krishna

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 21 October 2026

This policy explains what data the Krishna app (the website, the mobile apps and the Telegram bot) collects, why, and how you control it. The data controller is [Operator name], [Registered address]. Contact: [email protected].

What we collect

  • Account data: your email (if you sign in with email), your Telegram ID and username (if you use Telegram), an anonymous Apple identifier (if you use Sign in with Apple), the name Krishna addresses you by, your language and time zone.
  • Conversation content: your messages and Krishna’s replies, and short notes Krishna keeps to remember your journey (unless you switch memory off).
  • Usage data: when and on which platform you send messages, your daily message count, and technical logs (IP address, device type) needed to run and protect the service.
  • Payment data: your subscription status and payment history. Card details are handled by Stripe, Apple, Google or Telegram — we never see or store them.
  • Push notification tokens, if you allow notifications in the app.

Why we use it

  • To hold conversations with you and remember them across platforms (performance of our contract with you).
  • To process subscriptions and payments (contract).
  • To send the verse of the day when you ask for it (consent, which you can withdraw in Settings).
  • To keep the service secure, prevent abuse and improve quality (legitimate interest).
  • We do not sell your data, use your conversations for advertising, or share them with third parties for their own purposes.

Who processes data on our behalf

  • Anthropic PBC (USA) — the Claude AI model that writes the replies. Conversation text is sent to Anthropic only to generate a reply; under Anthropic’s commercial API terms it is not used to train their models.
  • Contabo GmbH (Germany) — server and database hosting.
  • An email delivery provider for sign-in codes; Expo for push notifications; Stripe, RevenueCat, Apple, Google and Telegram for payments.
  • Transfers outside the EEA rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or other lawful mechanisms.

How long we keep it

  • Your account and conversations are kept while you use the service. You can delete single conversations or your whole account at any time — data is removed from the live database immediately and from backups within 14 days.
  • Payment records may be kept longer where the law requires it (accounting).

Your rights

  • You can get a copy of your data (“Download my data” in Settings), correct it, delete your account, restrict or object to processing, and withdraw consent.
  • You may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
  • For any request, write to [email protected].

Children

  • The service is not intended for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

  • We will tell you about material changes to this policy in the app or by email.
