These terms govern your use of the Krishna app, provided by [Operator name]. By using the service you agree to them.

What Krishna is

  • Krishna is an AI companion that speaks in Krishna’s voice, inspired by the Bhagavad Gita. It is not God, a guru, a religious organisation or a person.
  • Replies are generated by artificial intelligence and may be inaccurate. The service is not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal or financial help. In a crisis, contact your local emergency number immediately.

Your account

  • You must be at least 16. You are responsible for the security of the email and Telegram account you sign in with.
  • You can sign in with email, Telegram and Apple — all of them lead to one account.

Subscriptions and payment

  • The free plan includes a limited number of messages per day. Premium is a paid subscription that renews automatically until you cancel it.
  • You can pay by card on the web (Stripe), through the App Store, Google Play, or with Telegram Stars. Cancel where you subscribed; access continues until the end of the paid period.
  • Refunds follow the rules of the platform you paid on (Apple, Google, Telegram) or, for web payments, are handled on request at [email protected]. If you are in the EU, you agree that the service starts immediately after payment and acknowledge that your 14-day withdrawal right may be lost to the extent permitted by law.
  • Fair use: Premium includes messages up to the published daily limit, so the service stays available for everyone.

Acceptable use

  • Do not use the service for anything unlawful, to harm yourself or others, to circumvent its safeguards, to scrape it, or to resell access.
  • We may limit or close access if these rules are broken.

Content

  • Your messages belong to you. You allow us to process them to provide the service.
  • The app, its design and texts belong to the operator. The Sanskrit text of the Bhagavad Gita is in the public domain.

Liability

  • The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made on the basis of AI replies, and our total liability is limited to what you paid in the last 12 months.
  • Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot be limited by law.
